while the view was somewhat decent, the 89 stairs made me feel like I was training for the Olympics. Also, it would ve been lovely to have a proper smart tv for Netflix, not just a flat-screen as was advertised. I really expected a room upgrade or at least a complimentary gift to make up for all this hassle, but I guess that's too much to ask.
